The Global Trainer Awards are the first international awards program designed to recognise and honour influential and impactful corporate, business, and soft skills trainers across the globe. Our mission is to highlight those who inspire, innovate, and make a significant difference in their industries and to their clients.

Any trainer who specialises in corporate, business, or soft skills and has made a noticeable impact in these areas can be nominated. We welcome nominations from all countries.

Yes, we accept self-nominations. If you are a trainer and feel that your work has made a significant impact, we encourage you to nominate yourself.

Our awards are categorised by specialty and country. Categories include but are not limited to Leadership, Sales, Communication, Personal Development, and Etiquette training. For a full list of categories, please visit our Award Categories page.

Nominations can be made online via our nomination form. You will need to provide information about the nominee’s work, achievements, and the impact they’ve had on their clients or organisations. For a detailed guide, please refer to our Nomination Process page.

The nomination period for the Global Trainer Awards begins in January and ends in February. However you can nominate a trainer or yourself at any time during the year for the next judging panel.

The judging panel for the Global Trainer Awards consists of experts from the training industry. Each nomination is evaluated based on a set of predefined criteria to ensure a fair and impartial judging process.
